Yes. The app is listed on the stores under your NGO's name, logo and description. It is published from developer accounts opened in your NGO's name, so the app always belongs to you.
Google Play charges a one-time registration fee and Apple charges a yearly developer fee. These are paid directly to Google and Apple, and we help you set up both accounts.
An Android app usually takes 3–4 weeks. Android and iOS together take 5–6 weeks. App store review can add a few days.
No, but they work best together. If you already use our NGO management software, the app connects to it directly. If not, we set up the admin panel along with the app.
Bug fixes and support are free for the first three months. After that, you can take a yearly maintenance plan that covers updates for new Android and iOS versions.
